2 with subj., εὖτ' ἄν (like ὅταν), a. referring to future time, οὔ τι δυνήσεαι χραισμεῖν, εὖτ' ἂν πολλοὶ πίπτωσι when many shall be falling, Il.1.242, cf. 2.34, A.Pers.230 (troch.).

b with [tense] pres. in apod., whenever, so often as, ἥμισυ ἀρετῆς ἀποαίνυται, εὖτ' ἄν μιν κατὰ δούλιον ἦμαρ ἕλῃσιν whenever it comes upon him, Od.17.323, cf. 320, Hdt.6.27, A.Ag.12: in orat.obl.
